I'm not easily afraid. Or tired. And always up for a challenge. I can honestly say I'm known by my colleagues and employers as a hard worker, an independent spirit yet completely at ease in teams. I have functioned pretty well as a woman in male fortresses but I have also completed some beautiful projects working with girls only.

I always thought the most important part of my job is to creatively translate the needs of target groups into a suprising and welcome end product. Empathy is of a great importance, as is finding common ground, playing with cliches and exploring new ideas. And then work really hard on enriching those ideas. 

I have worked on lots of interesting projects from 'guerrilla' ad campaigns to monthly and weekly magazines, from television shows to internet erm... stuff.

I am looking for a place where I can create great things, where ideas flow, communication is important and the office lunch is yummy and healthy without going the Sonja Bakker route. But of course, getting the best possible work done is most important.

(If this place happens to be outside the Netherlands, no trip is not too big for me!)
